SpaziomusicaRicerca

L’attività di studio e sperimentazione di , attenta alla particolare situazione socioculturale dell’Isola muove dallo studio delle straordinarie realizzazioni acustiche della musica della cultura popolare della Sardegna – con studi sugli aspetti fisico-acustici e linguistico-espressivi orientati alla possibilità di un estensione del vocabolario fonico della musica colta e dei suoi sistemi sintattici e grammaticali – fino alle ricerche più avanzate relativamente agli aspetti scientifico tecnologici, interpretativi e compositivi implicati dall’impiego del mezzo elettronico. Quindi non il trasferimento qui da noi della ricerca svolta nei grandi centri internazionali ma l’elaborazione di un fare musica originale e propositivo poiché contiguo alla realtà in cui si è formato.
La particolare condizione di isolamento geografico e culturale – con il suo spazio, tempo e forma originali – di marginalità della nostra regione si trasforma quindi in un valore, ne solidifica l’identità pur nel dialogo doveroso e attento con le altre realtà musicali.
L’attività comprende anche una intensa e differenziata attività seminariale, legata alle problematiche più diverse che la musica solleva, ed anche la catalogazione di vari materiali riguardanti la musica contemporanea. Questo materiale è disponibile per la consultazione da chiunque ne faccia richiesta. L’attività di Spaziomusica Ricerca è iniziata nel 1990, anno di fondazione.
